Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
We are committed to ensuring that all products reach our customers in perfect condition. However, due to the fragile nature of ceramics, glassware, and other delicate items, specific terms apply to their exchange and return.
1. Eligibility for Exchange or Return

Delicate items, including but not limited to ceramics, glassware, and handcrafted pieces, are eligible for exchange or return only in cases of damage incurred during delivery.

Any such issue must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the order, accompanied by clear unboxing photographs or videos that show the damaged product and its packaging.

Upon verification, we will arrange for a replacement or issue store credit, depending on product availability and customer preference.
2. Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable Conditions

Items that have been used, modified, or returned without proper protective packaging will not be accepted.

Slight variations in color, texture, or shape are inherent characteristics of handcrafted and ceramic products and will not be treated as defects.

Requests for return or exchange due to personal preference, including color, size, or design differences, will not be accepted for delicate items.
3. Return Shipping Guidelines

Customers are advised not to ship fragile or damaged items back unless explicitly directed by our customer support team.

In cases where a return is approved, our team will provide specific packaging and shipping instructions to minimize the risk of damage in transit.
4. Liability and Responsibility
While every precaution is taken to ensure safe delivery, we cannot be held liable for damage occurring during the return process unless the packaging and transport guidelines provided by our team have been strictly followed.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
